Information about cancellation policy
All past lessons are non-refundable. If the student is dissatisfied with a course’s quality, they can request a refund. The total amount of future lessons will be refunded within 7 working days. Lessons already paid for may be postponed at any time for a period of one month.
The student may cancel or postpone a lesson only once. If there is a second cancellation for the same hour, it will be charged at the price of a regular session. Additionally, the hour will be lost.
